Signature Science, LLC was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of Southwest Research Institute® (SwRI). SwRI is an independent, nonprofit applied research and development organization of over 2,500 employees that serves both government and commercial clients in the creation and transfer of technology in engineering and the physical sciences. Signature Science’s founders were members of Radian Corporation’s Special Environmental Services business unit which, since 1991, comprised national experts in technical services related to measurement and signatures intelligence.
